Get pay to donate blood?献血能赚钱？

I have received many feedbacks about blood donations today. Some of the feedbacks were very sarcastic in my opinion. Those who had given me the feedbacks even bragged that the blood donors are paid to donate blood in their country, which was why they found it ridiculous that blood donating in Singapore is voluntary. They even make further remarks like, "Only an idiot will donate blood without a price!"

Basically， I'm not a bright person but I don't see this as blood donation, I see it as SELLING blood!! So what do you think? 

今天我收到了很多关于献血的反馈。其中有些反馈令我感到很讽刺。当中有些人的反馈，甚至炫耀在他们的国家，献血者都会得到一笔献血费，所以在新加坡献血是义务的，令他们觉得很可笑，还声言，”只有白痴才会义务献血！“

基本上，我不是很聪明，但是，以我的看法，这个不是献血，而是在卖血！！您的看法又是如何呢？
